Evanesce is based in The Netherlands

All orders made after friday 6 PM GMT+1 will be processed on monday.

Shipping policy
Shipping within Europe: €13,-
Shipping outside Europe: €32,5

In Nederland: €6,-

Tracking number will be provided.

You can check the delivery time for your country on this site: www.internationalparceltracking.com 

Evanesce is not responsible for any damages or lost during shipment. All orders outside Europe are insured up to €500,-. All products are well sealed to prevent any damages. International (outside Europe) customers may be subject to customs/duties. Custom fee must be paid on your end. 

We will declare as low value as €20,- per shirt, but please note that DHL only cover what's written on the shipping label.

Payment policy
Evanesce only offers Paypal for international customers.

Klanten in Nederland kunnen ook via bankrekening betalen. Voor betalingen via de bankrekening, wordt u vriendelijk verzocht om contact op te nemen voor verdere instructies.


Return policy
Evanesce does not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. Please make sure that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Bij evanesce kunt u het product niet retourneren. Controleer uw bestelling zorgvuldig, voordat u overgaat tot aankoop.
